• How do I place an order?

It is very easy to place an order from Laserworx. Just click on an item and add it to the shopping cart. When you have added all the items you would like to purchase, just click on "check out" and follow the instructions

• Is there a minimum quantity per order required?

Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $15. Any order that totals less than this amount before tax and shipping will be billed at $15.

• Can I request a sample?

We generally do not supply free samples. If you are unsure of what exactly you want, you can order a single item either by calling us, visiting us, or through our website. For some larger orders we may make exceptions. You can call us at the store if you have any questions about this process.

• Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change your order after it has been placed on our website call us at the store right away. There may be a fee applied to changing the order if the order has been started already.

• How to cancel an order?

You can cancel an order as long as production or engraving has not begun. If either engraving or production has begun you will be charged a cancellation fee proportional to the amount of the project completed.

• What to do if I find a mistake in my order?

If, when you receive your order, it is not correct we will make every effort to fix the mistakes in time for your event. Please call us at the store phone number right away if any items are incorrect. If the error is the fault of Laserworx, we will send new items as soon as possible in an attempt to get them to you in time for your event. If the problem is due to customer error, you will be charged a redo fee and additional shipping cost.

• What if my order arrives damaged?

If, when your order is received, one or more items are damaged Laserworx will make every effort to correct the issue. We, however, are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping. If you need any assistance due to damaged items please call the store phone number.

• What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and cash at our store. If you are making a purchase online, you may only use a major credit card as a form of payment. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, you must pay up front with certified funds or a wire transfer in U.S. funds. Once the payment is cleared, your items will be shipped.

• Do you accept purchase orders?

If you would like to use a purchase order you may call us at the store phone number to set up an account with us. Keep in mind, though, that we may require a deposit before we begin production on your project.

• What is your turn-around time?

Our production time varies seasonally, but usually is less than a week. Certain items may have a longer production time depending on how long it takes to stock the item. If you would like to know more specifically how long an order will take to process you can call us at the store phone number.

• Do you offer rush services?

Yes. The charge for rush services is 10% of the order total, with a minimum of $10. You can request this by checking the Rush Production button. There is also an overnight shipping option. If you make a request to rush your order, and we are unable to accommodate you we will contact you immediately and go over your options with you.

• Is there a sales tax on orders?

Yes, you will be charged sales tax at a rate of 6% for Pennsylvania. Sales tax is collected on both products and shipping.

• Is there any fee for engraving?

We offer free engraving for most of our customers. However, we may charge a set up fee if there is a significant amount to be engraved or if the artwork provided by the customer is unusable. Before we charge you the fee for engraving we will contact you.

• How to submit my engraving information?

You will be directed to a section of our webpage that allows you to submit what you want the engraving to say, and what artwork you would like to feature. Since we cannot guarantee accuracy with orders taken via phone we will not generally accept engraving requests that way.

• How can I make sure that my engraving will be correct?

Laserworx uses advanced software that allows us to import the information you submit on our website directly to our machines. If you submit information via our website it will be exactly as you enter it, with some formatting to make it look nice with your item.

• Can I see a proof of the engraving before the final production?

We will gladly fax you a proof of your engraving before we begin production. There is a $10 fee for any fax proof we send out for orders under $100. If your order is greater than $100 we will fax you a proof for free. We will not begin production until we are return-faxed an initialed copy of the proof.

• What if I am placing my order from outside the U.S.?

We will gladly ship overseas. However, if you are outside the U.S. we will only accept certified funds or a wire transfer payable in U.S. funds. This payment must also include the cost to ship your order, and must be paid in full before we will begin work on your order.
